Where are We?
The Forest Gym is located in Tilgate Park on the south side of Crawley. Access by car or bike or van etc. is from the the road through the Forest, which starts from the A23 adjacent to the new K2 Leisure Centre. J11 on the M23 is just one mile away.
Access on foot or bike from Crawley is from either the A23 or from Tilgate. Note that access by car from Crawley is possible only via the A23. Barriers across private roads running inside Tilgate Park prevent direct through access for vehicles.
There is ample free Parking outside the gym. Occasionally there may be some congestion during peak periods when other organisations are using other buildings in the Recreation Centre — some evenings only.
