Well, I have finally got this web site up-to-date. I was not quite so quick in getting it done as I expected back in July and again I must apologise for just leaving you with a lot of old news. I can tell you that things have been very active in The Forest Gym and everyone has been very busy.

One thing that we are proud of is the fact that we have got through yet another year without having to increase our gym membership fees. We have now been able to hold our fees constant for many years. We have done this by watching costs and managing to increase the number of members. In spite of the current economic situation we are still attracting new members. Many are showing interest in the possibility of competing.

Now that the UKBFF Finals are over for another year, we can review the achievements of athletes from The Forest Gym as well as others coached by owner and manager, Harold "Big H" Marillier.

We have a new Newsletter with competition reports and other bits of news from the gym, the grapevine and the internet. We also comment on changes to drugs laws in the UK that will have an effect on many bodybuilders.

Harold & Karen Marillier have just returned from a two week cruise in the Caribbean visiting many of the islands of the West Indies and being indulged with a five star service aboard ship. Something which, apparently, it is very easy to get used to. Harold can now get back into his full-time job of running the gym and coaching Bodybuilders from all over Britain.
