Well, I have finally have got to update this website. I must apologise for just leaving you with a lot of old news. I can tell you that things have been very active in The Forest Gym and everyone has been very busy.

We have been able to hold our fees constant for over 8 years. We have done this by watching costs and managed to increase the number of members. Unfortunatelly due to recent escalating running costs we have had no choice but to increase the membership fees, not a lot I will hasten to add. The gym is very busy with new members joining daily, with many showing an interest in competing.

Now that the UKBFF Finals are over for another year, we can review the achievements of athletes from The Forest Gym as well as others coached by me, Harold "Big H" Marillier.

We have a new Newsletter with competition reports and other bits of news from the gym, the grapevine and the internet. We also comment on current trends in the bodybuilding world and also whats happening in the various federations. This should be published shortly with any luck, so please keep checking in to see latest news and updates

Harold & Karen Marillier have just returned from a two week cruise in the Caribbean visiting many of the islands of the West Indies and being indulged with a five star service aboard ship. Something which, apparently, it is very easy to get used to. Harold can now get back into his full-time job of running the gym and coaching Bodybuilders from all over Britain.
