You will find that The Forest Gym has all the equipment needed for serious training. If you want soft lights, sweet music and palm trees, ours is not the gym for you. But if you want to train in a gym surrounded with serious Bodybuilders and Powerlifters, with heavy rock music pushing you to your limts and where you will make serious progress, then this will be a gym you will love. But it's still a friendly place where everyone gets along just fine.
